Terms of Service

1. The service

NexusBOS provides business-management software as a subscription service, delivered as web, desktop and mobile applications. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of your business.

2. Trials, plans and licenses

Every new company receives one 7-day free trial with full functionality.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance; lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase for the versions covered at the time of sale.
Licenses are bound to a limited number of devices per plan. You may deactivate devices yourself to free seats. Sharing license keys outside your business is prohibited.
If a renewal payment fails, access continues through a grace period before the subscription is suspended; your data is retained per the Privacy Policy.

3. Your data

You own the business data you enter. We process it solely to provide the service, and you can export it at any time. We maintain backups and tenant isolation as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to breach tenant isolation, reverse-engineer the licensing system, resell the service without authorization, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform or other tenants, with notice where practicable.

5. Availability and support

We target 99.9% monthly availability for cloud services. Desktop and mobile apps continue operating offline during outages and synchronize afterwards. Support is provided by email, tickets and live chat per your plan.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation you retain read-only access for 30 days to export your data.
